Mr Ubull started his career by joining the Gamuda Group in 1988 and has 27 years of experience in construction works. He is currently the Managing Director of Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd. Previously, he has held positions such as Site Engineer, Section Head, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior General Manager and Project Director.

Among the notable projects he was involved in are the Electrified Double-tracking Railway Project from Ipoh to Padang Besar, Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Project in the Klang Valley, Malaysia, Sungai Selangor Water Supply Scheme Phase 3, Shah Alam Expressway Package and Damansara-Puchong Expressway and SPRINT Highway.
