Working Experience
Mr Thon started his career with Harpers Trading (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in 1971, and held various managerial positions until he was appointed as Managing Director in 1995. In 1999, Mr Thon was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Consumer Product Operations of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad ("the Company") and he retired from this position in mid-2004.

He was appointed to the Board of the Company on January 3, 2002 and subsequently appointed as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee of the Company on February 26, 2013.
