Mr Ng Wah Tar has more than 23 years of working experience in various areas covering auditing, accounting, finance and corporate finance and was attached with United Engineers (M) Berhad (“UEM”) from 1994 to 2000 under the Management Services Division overseeing the finance and accounting functions of UEM. In 2000, Mr Ng Wah Tar joined Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd and he was involved in various financing and refinancing exercises of Puncak Group till August 2007. Mr Ng Wah Tar was the Executive Vice Chairman of WWE Holdings Bhd from 1 September 2007 to 30 June 2009. He rejoined Puncak Group as Executive Director, Corporate Finance of Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd on 1 July 2009.
