- In 1982, he established Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd together with Mr. Ong Puay Koon and Kinden Corporation.

- He served 36 years with the Government of Malaysia where he became the Director of National Registration Department, Sabah in 1979 until his retirement in 1982.
