Tan Loon Cheang ("Mr Tan") was admitted to the Malaysia Bar on 10/2/2001 as an advocate and solicitor. He was involved mainly and have vast experience in conveyancing matter which consist amongst others of, negotiation of sale and purchase of property, sale and purchase involving developers, sub-sale of property, sale and purchase of estate land, retail banking and commercial banking matters.

Apart from that, Mr Tan also has experience in commercial matters which include partnership matter (wherein he has advised clients in matters involving formation of partnership, drafting of partnership agreement and dissolution of partnership), sale and purchase of company shares, sale and purchase of business and joint venture agreement.

Mr Tan is also involved in litigation and have conducted litigation in matters involving family law, succession, contractual disputes, industrial relation, employee/employee disputes, commercial disputes, companies winding-up and bankruptcy.
