Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Chartered Accountant and Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

1994-1996, he started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., an international Financial and Audit Services Firm and principally involved in auditing and taxation services.

1996-1999, he joined an International Steel Conglomerate as Finance & Accounts Executive and was initially based in Linz, Austria and subsequently in Ijmuiden, Netherlands. 

1999- present, Director of KPNA Resources Sdn Bhd, with principal activities of supplying and maintaining of medical equipment and supplying medical consumables to government hospitals. Also involved in providing maintenance services for projects under Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL).

2000-2013, Director of KPNA Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, with principal activities of providing accounting and secretarial services to small and medium enterprise/companies in Klang Valley.

2002-2012, Finance Director of Mizou Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company involved in developing agricultural related machineries in collaboration with a South Korea based manufacture for Malaysian government related agricultural based organisations. Involved in sourcing for financing and liaison with government agencies.

2009-present, Director of Impianco Development Sdn Bhd, a property development company .

2011 - present, Director of Equara Resources Sdn Bhd, an investment holding company involved in acquiring and managing properties.

2013 - present, Executive Director of Landas Efektif Sdn Bhd, an investment holding company involved in rail industry especially on rolling stock maintenance.

2014 -  present, Executive Director cum Chief Executive Officer of CKM Lands MRO Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company between Landas Efektif Sdn Bhd and CRRC Kuala Lumpur Maintenance Sdn Bhd, involved in maintenance, repair and overhaul of electric train sets for Ministry of Transport Malaysia and Prasarana Berhad.
