Formerly a senior partner of Andersen Worldwide Societe Cooperative, Switzerland. He was Asia Pacific Managing Partner of Business Consulting from 1994 to 1998, Asean Managing Partner of Business Consulting from 1999 to 2001 as well as Managing Director of Business Consulting Malaysia from 1995 to 2002. He was also a member of Andersen Worldwide Board Nominating Committee from 1997 to 1998 and Chairman of the Advisory Council to the Andersen Worldwide Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 1998. He was a member of the National Economic Consultative Group in 2000 in his role as Chairman of the Malaysia Bureau of Consultants.

Currently, he is a member of Franchise Advisory Board and a Council Member of Professional Services Development Corporation Sdn Bhd. He is the Executive Chairman of HRM Business Consulting Sdn Bhd. He has 22 years of management and financial consulting experience covering public sector privatisation and policy studies, private enterprise transformation, technology implementation and change management for Government, multi-national companies and listed and private enterprises.
