Encik Hamidon obtained his Diploma in Accountancy from University Teknologi Mara in 1986. He started his career with Malaysian Credit Finance in 1986 as Account Executive. In 1989, he joined Sistem Television Malaysia Berhad ("TV3") before moved to Maju Holding Sdn Bhd as Executive Assistant to the Group Executive Chairman in 1991. He joined Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn Bhd ("KPRJ") in 1996 and currently holds the position of Head of Department (Plantations & Quarry) whose responsible for the plantations and quarry projects owned by KPRJ.
