Working Experience Mr Khow joined 1 Utopia Berhad as Chief Financial Officer in year 2010 till 29 October 2012 to oversee the group's financial affairs including accounting, finance, tax and treasury.



He is currently an Executive Director/Finance Director in 1 Utopia Berhad.
He also sits on the Board of AT Systematization Berhad ("ASB") as an Independent Non-Executive Director and members of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of ASB.




Mr Khow has extensive experience in auditing (external and internal) for 13 years in the areas of corporate exercises covering IPO, demerger of a listed entity, management and integration of two major companies in Malaysia, privatisation of a major listed entity, rights issue, issuance of debt securities, as well as the sale and leaseback of key assets. His other experiences are financial due diligence, advisory, and numerous cross-border securities offering.
