He is a fellowship of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad, Mr. Yee Chin Beng was the Group Financial Controller of PureCircle Limited, a company listed on London Stock Exchange that is principally engaged in the business of manufacturing and sales of stevia ingredient.

He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Advance Synergy Capital Berhad as financial accountant. He subsequently joined Cabot Corporation and held various regional/country roles in its Asia Pacific headquarters before moving to Lafarge Aggregates Sdn Bhd as Financial Controller.
