He holds a Master of Business Administration, eCommerce from Edith Cowan University, Australia and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.

He has vast experience in technical, marketing and sales of more than 20 years, locally and internationally in various positions ranging from technical support, country manager and director, business development and played an active advisory role to a number of companies on network design including Maersk Line, Nedloyd Shipping Company, RaboBank, SLW Corporation and Raja Garuda Mas.

He had served TIME Engineering Berhad ("TEB") from November 2005 to April 2008 as its General Manager, Corporate Development Division and prior to that he was the Head of Strategy at Multimedia Development Corporation, a Government agency responsible for the development of the Multimedia Super Corridor.
