Nor Fadhilah is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and was appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TM on 15 May 2017. She has gathered more than 20 years of relevant experience in strategy and finance. As a key member of the Group's executive management team, her role as the Group CFO provides the Group with strategic leadership, and aligning business and finance strategy to grow the business. 

As a Group CFO, this leadership role covers all aspects of finance strategy, corporate finance, financial management, business planning, tax, treasury, investors relation, performance improvement programs, business assurance and risk management, and corporate governance.

Nor Fadhilah has also attended Strategic Leadership Programs at Said Business School, University of Oxford United Kingdom and IMD Business School.

She was appointed the Financial Controller of TM Group in August 2015 and assumed dual role as the General Manager of Group Strategy, until her appointment as the Group CFO. Prior to TM, Nor Fadhilah has a brief career start at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

She is a member of the Integrated Reporting Steering Committee (IRSC) established by the Council of the MIA, with the primary objective to promote the adoption of Integrated Reporting in Malaysia.

In September 2019, Nor Fadhilah was awarded Best CFO in Malaysia at the Alpha South East Asia 9th Annual Institutional Awards for Corporates.
