The joint Company Secretary, Sharifah Rafidah Wan Mansor has vast experience in both Legal and Company Secretarial matters serving companies with different corporate structures such as Public, Private Limited and Company Limited By Guarantee (CLBG).

She is currently the Company Secretary of:-

(a) Putrajaya Perdana Berhad;

(b) Malaysian Institute of Economic Research;

(c) Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd (a Government Owned Company under the Minister of Finance Incorporated); and

(d) MyWIN Academy Berhad.
