Puan Azrin Nashiha Abdul Aziz began her career with Group Corporate Secretarial of Malayan Banking Berhad in 1996 before joining Affin Investment Bank Berhad in 1999. 

Azrin joined the Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (SDP) Group in February 2002 and was appointed Company Secretary/Head of Legal in October 2004. After the merger of Sime Darby Berhad, Golden Hope Plantations Berhad and Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad in November 2007, she was designated as the Head of Legal and Corporate Secretarial Department of SDP. Following the re-organisation of the Department in June 2014, she led the Corporate Secretarial Department until the completion of the Pure Play exercise in November 2017. Azrin is presently the General Manager of Group Corporate Secretarial of SDP. 

Azrin holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, United Kingdom and Certificate in Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board, Malaysia. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management from the University of Technology Malaysia. She is a licensed company secretary and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
