Ms. Ng Pek Wan graduated from the University of London with an LL.B in 1998. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2000. Ms. Ng practices mainly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions. She was also part of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice group specialising in corporate and commercial disputes prior to joining its corporate practice. Ms. Ng’s court experience gives her an added advantage in her corporate practice as she is also able to approach her corporate work from a litigation angle. She is also involved in private debt securities and IPO matters.
