Genting Malaysia Berhad ("Company") today acquired 500,000 shares for a total consideration of RM2,172,773.17 at an average price of RM4.3455 each, inclusive of transaction costs. The share buy-back was made pursuant to the approval given by the Company's shareholders on 10 June 2015. The resulting cumulative net outstanding treasury shares of 268,607,400 represent approximately 4.52350% of the Company's issued and paid-up share capital of 5,938,044,648 ordinary shares as at 1 December 2015.
