1. The above total amount paid for the shares purchased amounting to RM125.03 is inclusive of brokerage commission, clearing house fee and stamp duty.
2. The above purchase was made pursuant to Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1998, Regulation 18B paragraph (b).
3. As the shares bought back amount to only 2 lots, the Company has decided to account for it as treasury shares, this is in line with the treatment for the total amount of shares previously bought back (i.e. 434,400 treasury shares).
