Pursuant to the Selective Capital Reduction and Repayment Exercise of Weida (M) Bhd ("Weida") under Section 116 of the Companies Act 2016.
Upon the lodgment of the office copy of the High Court order granted by the High Court of Malaya dated 13 November 2018 with the Registrar of Companies in Malaysia, shares of Weida comprising (i) 321,682,692 bonus shares issued to the entitled shareholders, (ii) 84,653,340 Weida shares held by the entitled shareholders and (iii) 6,439,100 treasury shares are cancelled and the remaining shares thereafter are 42,240,892 Weida shares held by the non-entitled shareholders.
