Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") is deemed to have indirect interest in these Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through CMSB. Kularb Kaew Company Limited ("KKCL") and Cedar Holdings Limited ("CHL") are deemed to have indirect interests in Magnum by virtue of the Act held through HCL. Cypress Holdings Limited ("Cypress") is deemed to have indirect interest in Magnum by virtue of the Act held through KKCL and CHL. Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon is deemed to have indirect interest in the said Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through Cypress.
