Transfer of 573,750 shares held by Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Ir. Shamsuddin bin Abdul Kadir ("Tan Sri Shamsuddin") as Administrator of the Estate of Allahyarhamah Puan Sri Datin Seri Siti Sapura binti Husin ("the Estate") to Datuk Shahril bin Shamsuddin and Encik Shahriman bin Shamsuddin, in equal proportions of 286,875 shares each, as beneficiaries of the Estate. The 191,250 shares previously held by Tan Sri Shamsuddin as Administrator of the Estate has been retained by him as a beneficiary of the Estate.
