Outcome

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that all motions as set out in the Notice of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") dated 29 April 2016 and the additional motion as mentioned below have been duly approved by the shareholders at the 13th AGM held today.

The additional motion, tabled as Ordinary Resolution 8 is in relation to the re-election of Mr Lim Chin Long who retired by rotation in accordance with Article 88 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
