The Board of Directors of Panpages Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the proposed resolutions as set out in the Notice of Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") dated 31 July 2018 were put to the shareholders for voting by poll at the 17th AGM held this morning.

All the Ordinary Resolutions were lost except for the Ordinary Resolutions 4 and 5 in respect to the re-election of Mr. Yap Chor How and Mr. Yeap Weng Hong as Directors of the Company, respectively, which were carried.

The voting results were validated by IA Essential Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the polling results are set out in the attachment.
