The Board of Directors of Systech Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 7 July 2017, were unanimously passed by the shareholders of the Company at its AGM held today, 31 July 2017.

All the resolutions were approved by way of voting on poll, the results of which are as per the attachment.
