Outcome
The Board of Directors of Vortex Consolidated Berhad (formerly known as SKH Consortium Berhad) ("VCH") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of VCH had, at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of VCB held on Tuesday, 9 October 2018approved the Ordinary Resolutionas set out in the Notice of the EGM contained in the Circular.
The results of the poll were duly validated by Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by VCB.
Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
