Outcome
The Board of Directors of LYC Healthcare Berhad (formerly known as Mexter Technology Berhad) ("LYC") ispleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("15thAGM") dated 31 July 2019were duly passed at the 15thAGM of LYC held earlier today.
All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 15thAGM. The results of the poll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.The details of the poll results are set out below.
