The Board of Directors of Green Packet Berhad wishes to inform that all the resolutions tabled at the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company were duly passed by the shareholders. The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll. The results of the poll were verified by the Independent Scrutineer, Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd.
