The Directors of Mlabs Systems Berhad wish to announce that the resolutionas set out in the Notice of ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 19 August 2016 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM held this morning.

The scrutineer for the voting of the resolutiontabled at the EGM was Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Mlabs Systems Berhad.
