The Board of Directors of Elsoft Research Berhad ("theCompany") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 16th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 26 April 2019were duly approved by way of poll at the 16th AGM of the Company held on 27 May 2019.
The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
