Outcome
The Board of Directors of Daya Materials Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's 16th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 12 June 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll which were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company, are as attached.
