Daya Materials Berhad ("DMB" or "the Company")is pleased to announcethat at the ThirteenthAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") of DMBheld on 15 June 2016, all the resolutions under Ordinary and Special Businesses as contained in the Notice of AGM dated 29 April 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company, with the exception of the proposed motion for Resolution No. 2which was withdrawn and not put to vote as Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Azmil Khalili bin Dato' Khaliddid not seek for re-election at the AGM.
