The Board of Directors of INIX TECHNOLOGIES HOLDINGS BERHAD (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 30November 2016, were unanimously passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM held today, Tuesday, 27December 2016. All the resolutions were approved by way of voting on poll and the results of the poll are as per attachment.
