The ordinary resolution in relation to the Proposed Disposal by ETI Tech (M) Sdn Bhd of its entire equity interest in Power Mac Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of RM5,878,000 as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 10 January 2014 and tabled at the EGM of ETITECH held today was unanimously approved by the shareholders of ETITECH.
