The Board of Directors of Trive Property GroupBerhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to the Company's ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting ("EGM") held today, 15May2019 were carried.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
