The Board of Directors of AppAsiaBerhad ("AppAsia" or "Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 10 May2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the EGM of the Company held on 1 June 2018. The results of the poll were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 1 June 2018.
