The Board of VisDynamics Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") of the Company dated 22 February 2019 were duly passed as Ordinary/ SpecialResolution(s) by way of a poll at the 14th AGM of the Company held on Wednesday, 27 March 2019 at 10.30 a.m.
The results of the poll were validated by TMF Global Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
