The Board of Directors of Macpie Berhad (Formerly known as Sterling Progress Berhad) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the 14th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Companyheld today, 29 November 2019wasunanimously carried.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated byMessrs. Symphony Merchant Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
