The Board of Directors of Fibon Berhad is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the notice of the Fifth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 24 October 2012, tabled at the Fifth AGM held on 14 November 2012 at OrnaResort Berhad, Batu 16 Jalan Gapam, Ladang Gapam, Bemban, 77200 Jasin, Melaka were duly passed by the shareholders of Fibon Berhad.
Dr. Chen Chaw Min, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company under Resolution 3 was to retire and to be re-elected, did not seek re-election at this Fifth AGM and retired at the conclusion of the Fifth AGM.
