The Board of Directors of Focus Point Holdings Berhadwishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Eighth Annual General Meeting ("8th AGM") dated 28 April 2017 were passed by way of poll at the 8th AGM held on Tuesday, 23 May 2017.
The results of the poll, which has been verified by the Independent Scrutineer, Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, is attached.
