Outcome
The Board of Directors of OCK GroupBerhad is pleased to inform that the Eighth Annual General Meeting ("8th AGM") of the Company was duly convened and held on Wednesday, 29 May 2019.
At the said meeting, all the eight (8) Ordinary Resolutions and one (1) Special Resolutionas per the Notice of the 8th AGM dated 30 April 2019 were approved by the shareholders by way of poll.
The results of the poll were validated byFerrier Hodgson MH Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose. Please refer to the voting results as per followsfor the results of the vote by poll for all the resolutions as per the said Notice.
