Outcome

On behalf of Perak Transit Berhad (“Company”), we are pleased to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 25 June 2021 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM held on 12 July 2021.

The result of the poll was validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
