The Board of Directors of BCM Alliance Berhad ("BCM" or "Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Third Annual General Meeting ("3rd AGM") dated 27 April 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 3rd AGM of the Company held on 30 May 2018. The results of the poll were validated by Asia SecuritiesSdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
