The Board of Directors of GDB Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions under Ordinary and Special Businesses as prescribed in the Notice of 6th Annual General Meeting ("AGM")of the Company dated 30 April 2019were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 6th AGM of the Company held at Greens I, Golf Wing, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Jalan Kelab Tropicana, Off Jalan Tropicana Utama, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor on Thursday, 13June 2019.The result of the poll were validated by MalaysianIssuing House Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon were received and duly tabled at the 6th AGM of the Company under Agenda 1.
