The Board of Directors of Iskandar Waterfront City Berhad ("IWCITY" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Ordinary Resolutionset out in the Notice of the ExtraordinaryGeneralMeeting ("EGM") dated12 December2017 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll atthe EGM held today.All-in Worldwidewas appointed to act as Scrutineer to validate thevotes cast at the EGM. The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.

Following the approval bythe shareholders of the Company at the EGM held today, all conditions precedent of the conditional alienation cum development agreement ("ADA") have been duly fulfilled, hence the ADA has become unconditional.
