On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the ordinary resolutions in relation to the Proposed ESOS as set out in the Notice of EGM of Landmarks dated 27 April 2018 have been passed by the shareholders of Landmarks at the EGM held today.

The voting in respect of the said resolutions was carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by Landmarks. Please refer to the attachment for the results of the poll.
