The Board of Directors of Batu Kawan Berhad ("BKB") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of BKB have approved the special resolution set out in the notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 23 July 2018 by way of poll at the EGM held today.

The result was validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd., theindependent scrutineer appointed by BKB. Please refer to the attachment for the result of the polling at the EGM.
