That the Boardof Pinehill Pacific Berhad ("Pinepac" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Ninety-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("96th AGM") of the Company dated 20 December 2018 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 96th AGM held today.

All the resolutions were noted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
