The Board of Directors of Harbour-LinkGroup Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutionsas set out in the Notice of 17thAnnual General Meeting ("17th AGM") dated 25October2019, were duly passed by way of poll at the 17th AGM of the Company held today.
The results of the poll were duly verified by Mega Business Consultancy Division,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
