The Board of Directors of Comfort GlovesBerhad ("CGB" or "the Company") is pleased toannounce that the Ordinary Resolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Seventy-SeventhAnnual General Meeting (77th AGM) of the Company dated 31 May 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 77th AGM of the Company held at Legend Inn Hotel, No.2, Jalan Long Jaafar, 34000 Taiping, Perak Darul Ridzuanon Monday, 9 July 2018.

The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
