Outcome
The 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company was duly held on 20 May 2017 chaired by the Executive Chairman, Dato' Mohd Salleh bin Hashim. All the 14 ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 27 April 2017 were passed by shareholders by poll voting. The results of the poll voting verified by the Scrutineer, Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd are attached.
