The Board of Directors of Genting Plantations Berhad ("GENP") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of GENP had, at the FortiethAnnual General Meeting ("40th AGM") of GENP held on Monday, 4 June2018approved all the Ordinary and Special Businesses as set out in the Notice of the 40th AGM contained in the 2017 Annual Report by way of poll.

The results of the poll were duly validated by Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by GENP.

Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
